The Pompadour is located on the 1st floor of the hotel and, it first opened its doors in 1925 in the heyday of Victorian Railway travel to serve the rich and famous. The restaurant is still full of splendor to this day offering guests an exceptional eight-course tasting menu, loaded with seasonal flair and is a sumptuous and memorable dining experience. All of the restaurants were founded by Michelin Starred chef brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin who combine tradition and contemporary flair through their cuisine, a theme that is evident in Peacock Alley.

The hotel’s sophistication and heritage are best seen through ‘The Caley Bar,’ which is inspired by the timeless age of the Caledonian Railway. This warm and adventurous setting is the perfect location for enjoying a wee dram.
