This is fine dining at its very best with bold flavors using locally sourced ingredients flowing through the seasons. In 2017, the Restaurant was awarded its Michelin star, and 4 AA Rosettes and Matt Worswick has continued to create exquisite tasting menus for both lunch and dinner which are divine. The Restaurant is situated in one of the oldest parts of the original house, decorated in wood panels, exposed ceiling beams and luxurious plush fabrics throughout. The Brasserie has 2 AA Rosettes and offers a more casual dining experience. This is where you can enjoy a buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and a la carte dinner every day.
The Ascot Bar transforms from a beautiful country mansion setting by day to a stylish, relaxing cocktail bar for drinks in the evening. Here you can also enjoy light meals and fabulous afternoon tea treats.
The Thermis Restaurant is situated in the heart of the Spa, offering fresh, healthy and organic produce. Expect swordfish steaks, tiger prawn noodles, baked scones with jam and cream, really a little bit of whatever takes your fancy. This area is perfect for brunch, lunch or early supper. The Pool Bar, if the sunshine allows is the alfresco option, the ideal space to be waited on hand and foot.
This is not your average Country House retreat, with an abundance of onsite leisurely activities. The Spa is 45,000 sq ft and houses 23 relaxing treatment rooms, a nail bar, and of course The Thermis Restaurant.
