Carnoustie are the BIG Winners at SGTW

Carnoustie Golf Club in Scotland came out the big winners at the recent Scottish Golf Tourism Week Awards held at the Fairmont in St. Andrews. In addition to the award for “Scotland’s Best Golf Experience” where they held off Gleneagles, Turnberry and Kingsbarns, they picked up the accolade for “Best Catering” and “Best Clubhouse”. A huge congratulations goes to all of the award winners and to Scottish Golf Travel Week for hosting us during the event. We are very much looking forward to returning to St. Andrews later in 2020 for the next edition of the event. The breath of quality suppliers in Scotland makes it such a fabulous golf destination for guests of The Consummate Pro from all around the world and our gratitude goes to them for coming along to present and sell their offering to us. It never amazes us as golf tour operators the number of different suppliers that we meet each year, and events like Scottish Golf Tourism Week are invaluable for us to grow our knowledge base.
